中國(guó)文化的的英語(yǔ)翻譯

    美華作家獨(dú)特的族裔經(jīng)歷導(dǎo)致了他們對(duì)中國(guó)文化的一知半解，這在他們的文化翻譯中具體表現(xiàn)為對(duì)中國(guó)文化的錯(cuò)誤闡釋。翻譯團(tuán)隊(duì)語(yǔ)言與該群體的文化的文本中就有這樣一個(gè)例子:
        
    括號(hào)中的部分有兩點(diǎn)需要我們注意:第一，看不出這一突如其來(lái)的解釋對(duì)故事情節(jié)的發(fā)展有何助益，似乎只是多余的順帶之筆;第二，"heavenly chickens”顯然是“天雞”的字面翻譯.可是"frogs"(青蛙)在中國(guó)的通稱是“田雞”而非“天雞”中國(guó)文化的的英語(yǔ)翻譯“天雞”則是中國(guó)神話傳說(shuō)中的一種動(dòng)物。《古小說(shuō)鉤沈》輯《玄中記》里這樣寫道:“蓬萊之東，岱輿之山，上有扶桑之樹(shù)，樹(shù)高萬(wàn)丈。樹(shù)順常有天雞為巢于士，每夜至子時(shí)，則天雞鳴，而日中陽(yáng)烏應(yīng)之;陽(yáng)烏鳴，則天下之雞皆鳴。李白的《夢(mèng)游天姥吟留別》中則有“半壁見(jiàn)海日，空中聞天雞”深圳翻譯公司不斷闡釋和再闡釋之句因此中國(guó)文化的的英語(yǔ)翻譯這是一處很明顯的誤譯。
